Charles Lee

Charles Lee is an accomplished estimator with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as Estimator I at Campos EPC since March 2020, Charles previously held roles as Sr. Project Engineer at Hamel Contracting, Inc., and Estimator/Project Engineer at Allen Construction, where responsibilities included managing project permits, drafting budgets, and conducting bid presentations. Earlier career positions included Jr. Estimator at Archer Building Group, Inc., Estimator at Rocky Duron & Associates, and Senior Plans Examiner for the Dallas Department of Sustainable Development and Construction. Charles's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine.
