Kirsten Lickel

Kirsten Lickel has extensive work experience, beginning in 2006 as an Age Group Swim Coach at Monona Swim and Dive Club. Kirsten then became an HR Coordinator at Menards in 2012, followed by HR Manager and HR Specialist at Rocky Mountain SER (Service Employment Redevelopment) from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they became a Senior HR Generalist at Mile High Early Learning, and then an Human Resources Manager at Agility Recovery in 2020. Most recently, they are a VP and Director of People at Campspot since 2021.

Kirsten Lickel obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management - Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 2008 and 2012. Kirsten then obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in December 2014, followed by a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2015. Most recently, they obtained an Everything DiSC Workplace\u00ae Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC\u00ae in June 2019.
