Nicholas Garbis

Nicholas Garbis is an experienced professional in people analytics and workforce planning, currently serving as VP of People Analytics & Workforce Planning at Ford Motor Company since November 2022. Previously, Nicholas held the position of VP of People Analytics Strategy at One Model, Inc. from January 2020 to October 2022, contributing over 15 years of expertise in the field. Prior roles include VP, Global Head for Strategic Workforce Planning at Allianz, Executive in Workforce Planning, Analytics and HR Operations at GE Power, and Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Leader at GE Corporate Human Resources. Nicholas began his career in Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics at GE Energy. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a Crotonville Alumni.
