Joyce Zhang, CTL has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a High School Math Instructor + Team Leader at Plano ISD in 2011. Joyce then moved on to become a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017. In 2018, they held a Supply Chain Procurement Data Analyst Intern role at Bell Flight and Consultant and Associate Consultant roles at Symphony Ventures. In 2020, they took on a Senior Digital Product Manager role and Senior RPA Consultant | Solution Architect role at SYKES Digital Services. In 2021, they began working at Reece USA as a Senior Digital Transformation Analyst and Intelligent Automation RPA Program Manager. Currently, Joyce is a Senior Intelligent Automation Program Manager at CampTek Software.

Joyce Zhang, CTL, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Joyce also holds a Master of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications from various institutions, including ABBYY, UiPath, NICE Ltd., Automation Anywhere, and APICS. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2020.
