Francis Mao

Francis Mao has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2023, they have been serving as the President of Campus Eye Group. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, Francis worked at Comprehensive EyeCare Partners, where they held the positions of Regional Vice President of Operations and VP of Strategy and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing multiple clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and teams across various states.

Before joining Comprehensive EyeCare Partners, Francis worked at McKesson from 2008 to 2019. Their roles at McKesson included Chief of Staff for McKesson Specialty Provider Organization, Director of Business Development for US Oncology Network, Senior Product Manager for Oncology Provider Technology, and Associate in Corporate Strategy & Business Development.

Francis also had earlier experiences in the investment banking industry, working as a Senior Analyst at Seven Hills and an Analyst at Cascadia Capital.

Throughout their career, Francis has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, strategic planning, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Francis Mao holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Washington. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records (CPEHR), Certified Professional in Health Information Exchange (CPHIE), and Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIT). Furthermore, Francis has passed the Level 1 CFA exam and holds Series 66 and Series 7 certifications, although they are not currently active.
