Jay Noel has a strong background in banking, with extensive experience in lending and business services. Jay began their career at Citizens Bank & Trust in 1992 as a Commercial Banker, where they stayed until 2002. From 2002 to 2011, they worked at Whitney National Bank as a VP/Business Banker. In 2011, they joined Campus Federal Credit Union as the VP/Business Services, and later became the Chief Lending Officer in 2013.
Jay Noel attended Catholic High School from 1983 to 1987. Jay then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Louisiana State University from 1987 to 1992. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. The specific degree or field of study for this period is not provided.
