Jonathan Pannia serves as a Project Manager at Campus Federal since April 2018, where responsibilities include innovating procedures, implementing new projects, and supporting the Digital Delivery department. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked at La Capitol FCU from January 2014 to April 2023 in multiple capacities including E-Commerce Processor, Social Media Administrator, and Trainer, focusing on troubleshooting online banking features and enhancing eCommerce functionality. Jonathan's earlier experience at Cox Communications involved roles such as Training Assistant and Technical Support Representative, emphasizing training development and customer service excellence. Jonathan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Project Management at LSU Shreveport, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Southern University.
