Michael Kobold

Michael Kobold is an experienced professional specializing in agile coaching and project management. Currently serving as an Agile Organizational Coach at Bosch Engineering GmbH since June 2023, Michael is also the Founder of Kobold Consulting, providing professional training and coaching in digital competencies. As an Entrepreneurship Coach and Design Thinking Coach at Campus Founders, Michael mentors future entrepreneurs. Previously, Michael held key roles at Bosch Digital, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Scrum Master for the Accounting Cloud Platform and Agile Master for S/4HANA Central Finance. Michael's career includes significant contributions in Robotic Process Automation as a Consultant at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG and expertise in project management, internal auditing, and finance gained through internships at BMW Financial Services and Volkswagen AG. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Controlling, and Taxation, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Wirtschaftswissenschaften and European Business, complemented by a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
