Jay Sensi has over 14 years of professional experience, beginning with Lockheed Martin in 2006 as a Production Engineer Lead. During their time there, they were responsible for decreasing product defects per unit by +75%, as well as cost savings and cost avoidance in excess of $200K. Jay also held positions as Production Operations Special Projects Manager, Operations Leadership Development Program, International Program Management, Quality Inspection Supervisor / Sourcing Engineer, and Electrical & Test Engineer.

In 2013, Jay joined Burger King Corporation as Manager, Global Business Services. In 2016, they became a Board Member on the University of Scranton's Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, providing guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs.

In 2012, Jay founded and became CEO of My College Roomie, a web-based student social networking and roommate self-selection platform. In 2018, they founded and became CEO of Campus Kaizen, a global software solutions provider and continuous process improvement consultant organization.

Jay Sensi obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Scranton between 2011 and 2012. Jay attended Drexel University, but did not obtain a degree. Jay also obtained a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Scranton. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Lean Champion & Trainer and a Six Sigma CIP Black Belt.
