Johnathon Bowman

Johnathon Bowman is an experienced facilities management professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Asset Facilities Manager at Campus Living Villages since September 2015, Johnathon oversees a team of approximately 40 employees, managing services for over 1,800 residents at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch. Prior to this, Johnathon held the position of CEO & General Manager at The Great Synagogue from March 2010 to August 2015, where responsibilities included governance and capital works management for a heritage-listed site. Earlier experience includes roles as Corporate Facilities Coordinator and IT Services Administrator at Caltex Australia, and as Office Administrator at Blue Star Line, as well as Business Development Associate at Philips Electronics. Johnathon holds a BA Hons in Business from the University of Hull, obtained in 1991.
