Sian Lamkin

Sian Lamkin has nearly 20 years of experience in the HR field. Sian is currently working as the Head of People at Campus Living Villages. Prior to that, they worked as a People Partner at the same company. Before joining Campus Living Villages, Sian was an HR Business Partner at Avis Budget Group from 2013 to 2019. Sian also held a similar role at HSS Hire from 2007 to 2013. Sian's career began as an HR Assistant at Daniel Contractors Limited from 2006 to 2007, and they also served as an HR Coordinator at Portmeirion Group Limited from 2003 to 2006.

Sian Lamkin received a PgDip in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford. Sian attended the university from 2007 to 2010.
