Rebecca McCrory serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at CampusESP, having joined in April 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca accumulated significant experience at George Mason University, progressing from Coordinator for Family Programs to Associate Director for Family Programs, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans, coordinating family engagement platforms, and managing a substantial budget. Earlier in the career, Rebecca worked as a Marketing & Communications Specialist at the Greater Pensacola Chamber, overseeing project workflows and media relations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations from Troy University and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from the University of West Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

CampusESP addresses family, college and student needs by creating an online experience that focuses on the development of the family-college relationship. Parents and families can view student progress, campus news, campus events, and topics important to families. CampusESP is unique in utilizing student data, via a FERPA waiver process, to create a personalized experience for families that focuses their involvement and creates an experience for the college parent journey. The CampusESP platform: • Centrally manages family information & involvement preferences, streamlining college outreach efforts, • Provides information over a variety of devices (Web, mobile, email), building parent trust, and • Proactively alerts parents on topics requiring action, facilitating student success. Many campuses already form relationships with parents during the recruitment process. CampusESP extends those relationships after the student has initially enrolled and during each year they return.
