Stephanie Au Tugiono

Stephanie Au Tugiono is a highly accomplished Customer Success Manager with a diverse background in client management and business development. Currently the first Customer Success Manager at PitchBook Data in South East Asia, Stephanie is recognized as the top CSM in the APAC region for 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Success Manager at Meltwater, overseeing over USD$2 million in Total ARR and ranking among the top 10 CSMs for new hires in APAC. Previous positions at Bloomberg LP, Wilton & Bain, and King & Shaxson Ethical Investing contributed to a robust skill set in product sales and client relationship management. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Global MSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree from UCL. Additionally, a study abroad experience at the University of Melbourne complements a solid academic foundation.
