Andrew Lawlor

Andrew Lawlor is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in higher education technology and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Executive at CampusWorks, Inc., Andrew is the interim Chief Information Officer for the College of Southern Maryland, focusing on making higher education accessible. Andrew also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix in Educational Leadership and Educational Technology. Previous roles include Vice President of Information Technology Services at Bucks County Community College and Associate Vice President for Technology and Communications at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, where Andrew provided executive leadership and strategic direction for IT. Andrew's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Kent State University, alongside a Master's in Natural Sciences and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education.
