Laura Grandgenett

Laura Grandgenett has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Laura started their career as a Teacher and Technology Coordinator at Fontana Unified School District from 1985 to 1997. During this time, they also worked as a Site Technology Coordinator at the State Department of Education, where they built and maintained computer labs and provided faculty training.

In 1997, Laura joined the University of Dubuque as a Chief Technology Officer. Laura created and managed the Office of Technology, which offered IT services to the college. Their responsibilities included project management, system infrastructure design, and installation.

Laura then worked at EduServe International as a Senior IT Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant & Chief Information Officer at EduServe. Laura provided IT consulting services and acted as a temporary CIO for Amarillo College and Bunker Hill Community College.

Their most recent experience includes being a Chief Information Officer at Bunker Hill Community College from 2013 to 2017, and a Program Director at CampusWorks in 2018.
