Ben Vodila is a seasoned health and safety professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Health and Safety at CAMS since March 2021, Ben previously held significant positions at ExxonMobil, including Health Safety and OIMS Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing Operations Integrity Management for a major Greenfield construction project, and Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor, focused on personnel safety and site safety standards at Baytown Olefins. Additionally, Ben led HSE activities for both the Julia and Kizomba Satellites projects, ensuring rigorous safety protocols across international operations. Ben began a career in the US Army as a Logistics Officer after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2003.
