Lucian Hill, Esq, MBA, PE, is an accomplished Environmental Manager at CAMS since November 2021, with a robust background in environmental engineering and compliance across the oil and gas sector. Prior to CAMS, Lucian served as an Environmental Engineer at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, specializing in air-focused engineering and capital project management from June 2015 to November 2021, and held roles at AECOM and Trinity Consultants, where expertise in air permitting and regulatory compliance was developed. Lucian's educational credentials include a Doctor of Law degree in Oil & Gas from South Texas College of Law Houston, an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Louisiana State University. Additionally, Lucian has a foundational background from service in the Air Force, attaining advanced technical skills.
