Madusanka Sandaruwan

Madusanka Sandaruwan is an experienced professional specializing in compound development, currently serving as a Compound Development Specialist at Michelin since January 2021 and previously held the position of Compound Development Senior Technologist. In addition to the ongoing role at Michelin, Madusanka has been with Camso since March 2017, initially as a Compound Development Technologist, focusing on eliminating nitrosamine-generating accelerators and IPPD from compounds. Prior experience includes a role in industrial glove manufacturing at Ansell from August 2016 to January 2017 and working in compound development at Camso in early 2016.
