Giovanni Grasso

Giovanni Grasso possesses extensive experience in the food service industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Assistente responsabile di locali at Gruppo Camst since September 2016, Giovanni focuses on developing and coordinating commercial strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives. Previous roles include leading services in banqueting and commercial catering, as well as overseeing operational programming for the group's commercial restaurant locations. Prior to Gruppo Camst, Giovanni held senior management positions at Chef Express, Simply Market Italia by Auchan Retail Italia, and Autogrill, where responsibilities included full economic management of stores and training future store managers.
