Rahul Tiwari

Rahul Tiwari is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in polymer chemistry and materials development. Currently serving as Senior Scientist and PRRC at Camstent Ltd. since October 2021, Rahul focuses on developing coatings for medical devices aimed at reducing hospital-acquired infections. Prior to this role, Rahul worked as a Senior Research Associate at the University of East Anglia, where research concentrated on polymer inks for contact lens coatings and nano-electrospray printing. Rahul's academic journey includes a Ph.D. from RWTH Aachen University, where extensive research was conducted on colloidal particles and responsive microgels. With significant industry experience at Siegwerk in various R&D roles, including Deputy Manager, and a foundation in industrial training across multiple companies, Rahul has established expertise in material synthesis, characterization, and application development throughout a diverse career.
