Crystal G. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Crystal is currently working as a Senior UX Researcher at Think Company since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Heart+Mind Strategies as a Market Researcher from January 2017 to March 2020.

Crystal also has experience as a Design Researcher at NU People Magazine from January 2016 to September 2016, where they used social media strategies for prototype testing and developed personas based on market research. Crystal also discovered opportunities for the publication to reach its target audience through competitive research.

In 2015, Crystal worked as a Graphic Designer at NIIT Media Technologies, LLC, where they were responsible for traffic management, ad design, and conceptualizing ad campaigns. Crystal also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at CrystalTrice Creative from September 2009 to June 2015.
