Inon Shapira

Inon Shapira is an experienced software development leader currently serving as the Software Group Manager at Camtek since May 2025. Prior to this role, Inon held the position of Director of R&D - Software at Landa Digital Printing from August 2019 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team of 45 developers and QA engineers and focusing on innovative product development. Inon also spent nearly a decade at HP in various managerial roles, including Software Group Manager and SW and PLC Group Manager, where leadership emphasized customer engagement and Agile methodologies. Earlier career experiences include Director of R&D at DVTel and multiple leadership roles at Comverse, including Director of System Architecture and R&D Director for Mobile Instant Messaging. Inon's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in System Engineering and an MBA in Finance, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, along with a BSc in Computer Engineering.
