Nachiket More

Nachiket More is an accomplished Senior Engineering Software Manager with extensive experience in IoT and connected lighting solutions. Currently leading a team at Vanderlande since December 2023, Nachiket previously held a similar role at Signify from March 2020 to November 2023, where oversight included a team of over 25 engineers focused on high-quality product development leveraging various IoT technologies. Prior to that, Nachiket spent nearly 15 years at Eaton in multiple roles, including leading a 40+ engineering team for IoT lighting solutions and managing an enterprise software team dedicated to embedded firmware and cloud computing. Nachiket began a career at Patni Computer Systems Ltd as an Engineering Apprentice, focusing on the digitization of GIS data. Academic credentials include degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth and PVG's College of Engineering & Technology.
