Nicky Kelly

Nicky Kelly is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group People & Culture Partner at The VPS Group since November 2021, previously holding roles as Head of People & Culture and Group HR Business Partner and ESG Manager. Prior to joining The VPS Group, Nicky Kelly worked at Tesco from August 2002 to November 2021, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and Personnel/People Manager. Nicky Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Staffordshire, earned between August 2001 and August 2002.
