Ed Chambers

EVP Operations at CAN Capital

Ed Chambers has over 40 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Captain in the US Army from 1976 to 1982. Ed then moved on to work as an Assistant Controller at National Convenience Stores, Inc from 1982 to 1995, where they contributed to the implementation of a new store accounting system and increased efficiency. Chambers subsequently joined TeleCheck as the VP of Operations from 1995 to 2001, where they successfully improved the operations of a failing Call Center and implemented cost-saving measures. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Vice President at First Data Corp, overseeing various departments and managing a large team. Chambers then joined FSV Payment Systems as the SVP Operations from 2003 to 2006, where they provided leadership and successfully managed strategic relationships. Their most recent role was at CAN Capital, where they served as EVP Operations from 2006 onwards.

Ed Chambers completed their high school education at Buras High School from 1967 to 1972. Ed then attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1972 to 1976 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Accounting.
