Michael Burlew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michael started their career in 2002 at C3i, Inc, where they worked as a Telephony Infrastructure Manager for over 15 years. In 2017, they briefly worked at 360 IT Professionals Inc. as a Skype Enterprise Voice Implementation: Technical Consultant. After that, they joined CAN Capital in 2018 and held two roles - first as a Telephony Analyst and currently as an Application Support Engineer. Additionally, since 2014, they have been involved with Verbal Shenanigans as a Co Host / Producer. Overall, Michael Burlew has over 19 years of experience in various technical and leadership positions.

Michael Burlew attended Kean University from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from Kean University. Prior to their university education, Michael attended South Brunswick High School.

In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the following certifications: Caas Core Associate (CCA) from Genesys in March 2018, Purecloud Core Learning Plan 2.0 from Genesys in March 2018, Voiceprint installation and configuration from NICE Ltd in July 2014, Apropos v6 Email and Web Programming from Apropos Technology in June 2004, Apropos v6 Interaction Programming and Agent Interaction from Apropos Technology in May 2004, Configuring the v6 Apropos System from Apropos Technology in October 2003, Hubspot Inbound Sales Certified from HubSpot Academy in April 2020, and Hubspot Frictionless Sales Certified from HubSpot in April 2020.
