Cmpe Brenda Letts

Brenda Letts, CMPE has over 30 years of work experience in various healthcare organizations. Brenda is currently the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at CAN Community Health, where they have been working since 2016. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations at the same company. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Practice Administrator at CAN Community Health.

Before joining CAN Community Health, Brenda owned their own business called Letts Dive!! from 2013 to the present. Brenda also worked as a Medical Practice Manager III at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group from 2014 to 2016.

Their work experience also includes roles as a Medical Office Manager at Blackwell Family Medicine from 2012 to 2014, a Medical Office Manager at Heart and Vascular of Northern NJ from 2010 to 2012, a Document Coordinator at Shire Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2010, and a Patient Schedule Coordinator at Lown Cardiovascular Group from 1997 to 2008.

Brenda began their career in healthcare as a Medical Secretary, Third Party Billing Manager, and Office Manager at Neurocare Inc. and The Center for Sleep Diagnostics from 1992 to 1997. Throughout their career, Brenda has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, receiving recognition from physicians, peers, and management.

Brenda Letts, CMPE, pursued their education in a sequential manner. Starting from 1986 to 1988, they attended the Bryman Institute and obtained a certification in Medical Office Management. This certification was further supplemented by another certification in Medical Office Management, which they received from the same institution, The Bryman Institute, in June 1987.

Later, from 2008 to 2010, Brenda enrolled at the University of Phoenix, majoring in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Although their degree was listed as "In progress," no specific completion date was provided.

Furthermore, Brenda Letts also acquired additional certifications. In March 2017, they became certified by the MGMA (Medical Group Management Association) as an American College of Medical Practice Executive. Brenda also obtained a PADI Divemaster certification from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) in April 2019.
