Magdalena Jabczuga-Kurek has a diverse work experience. Magdalena started their career as a Lawyer at Federacja Konsumentów in 2006. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an Arbitrator at the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kraków. In 2010, they became an Arbitrator at the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications. In 2009, they joined Kubas Kos Gałkowski as an Associate and later became a Senior Associate from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they hold multiple roles at CANPACK Group, including Deputy Legal Director, Data Protection Representative, and previously as a Senior Counsel.

Magdalena Jabczuga-Kurek completed their Bachelor's degree in Law, known as "Magister prawa (Mgr prawa)", at Jagiellonian University from 2004 to 2009. Magdalena then pursued further studies, obtaining a Master's degree in Private Law, specifically "Master Droit Privé" from Université d'Orléans in 2010, at their Faculty of Law, Economics, and Management.
