Nina Kjellson

Nina Kjellson is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and venture capital sectors, currently serving as a board member for several organizations, including the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, Proxygen, Rondo Therapeutics, Sardona Therapeutics, Actio Biosciences, and Trishula Therapeutics. As a General Partner at Canaan Partners since September 2015, Nina focuses on venture capital investing and new company formation. Additionally, Nina co-chairs the Board of Trustees for Life Science Cares Bay Area, an initiative that mobilizes the life science industry to combat poverty in the region, and is a member of All Raise, which supports female and non-binary founders and funders. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and is an alumnus of Phillips Exeter Academy.
