Lindsay Kirk

Lindsay Kirk is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Recoveries at Canaccede Financial Group since July 2019, Lindsay previously held the role of Associate Director of Legal Services. Lindsay has also contributed significantly to the Receivables Management Association of Canada Inc. (RMA) as the President of the Board of Directors and 1st Vice President from January 2018 to May 2024. Prior experience includes General Manager of Integrated Recovery Services at Harrison Pensa LLP, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and client management, as well as practicing Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. With a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University, Lindsay's educational background complements a solid career that began as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Home Depot Credit Services and includes leadership roles within the Middlesex Law Association.
