Josephine Haydicky

Josephine Haydicky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and credit management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service at Canada Colors and Chemicals since February 2004, Josephine successfully managed the integration of two customer service departments, ensuring seamless service and standardized procedures for prompt and accurate order responses while maintaining cost controls. Prior to this role, Josephine worked as the Assistant Credit Manager at Canada Colors and Chemicals from March 1994 to February 2004, where a portfolio of over 500 accounts was managed, with the authority to approve credit limits up to $100,000.
