Elizabeth A. Wademan

Elizabeth A. Wademan has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Elizabeth A. is currently serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Canada Development Investment Corporation, where they provide financial advisory to the Department of Finance and manages Canada's commercial portfolio of assets and equity investments. Elizabeth is also a Board Member of Trans Mountain, overseeing the operation of Canada's only pipeline system. Elizabeth A. is involved in expanding the project to increase crude oil transportation capacity. Additionally, Elizabeth serves as a Board Member of Triple Flag Precious Metals, where they contribute to the company's gold-focused royalty and streaming initiatives. Elizabeth A. is also a Trustee of BSR REIT, overseeing the company's multifamily real estate properties in the United States. In the past, Elizabeth has held positions in Torex Gold Resources Inc, St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto, SSR Mining Inc., and BMO Capital Markets, where they have gained experience in various leadership roles and committee memberships.

Elizabeth A. Wademan completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & International Business from McGill University between 1994 and 1998. In 1999, they obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. In 2017, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and completed the Institute of Corporate Directors' Directors Education Program, earning the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
