Kayla Holm-Laursen

Kayla Holm-Laursen currently serves as the Manager of Warranty & Returns at Canada Goose, having progressed through various managerial roles in warranty operations since October 2017. As a member of both the Sustainability Council and the Joint Health and Safety Committee, Kayla contributes to key initiatives within the organization. Prior experience includes leadership positions at KTH Shelburne Mfg Inc and product development roles at Verso Design. Kayla's educational background consists of a diploma in Fashion Arts from Seneca Polytechnic and a course in Quality Improvement from Conestoga College.
