Kristie Houlahan

Kristie Houlahan is a seasoned professional in the field of global total rewards with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Total Rewards at Canada Goose since December 2021, Kristie has also held positions including Sr. Manager and Compensation Lead within the same organization. Prior to Canada Goose, Kristie worked at Recipe Unlimited Corporation from May 2019 to December 2021 as Manager of Compensation & People Analytics and as a Total Rewards Specialist. Kristie began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator and has academic credentials that include an Honours Bachelor Degree from McMaster University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
