Michele Rutledge

Michele Rutledge is a seasoned professional in store development and project management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Store Development at Canada Goose since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michele was the Director of North America Store Development at UNIQLO, and held the position of Senior Manager for Design & Construction at IKEA Group, where responsibilities included overseeing significant new store projects and integrating sustainability in design. Michele's earlier experience includes senior roles at Ædifica and NEUF architect(e)s, focusing on retail design and project management, as well as extensive experience at IKEA Group managing store design and expansion projects. Michele holds a Professional Project Management (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and multiple degrees from Université de Montréal, including a Bachelor's in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Laws.
