Cindy Lyon

Cindy Lyon has extensive experience in human resources and corporate administration, currently serving as HR and Corporate Administrator at the Canada Green Building Council since January 2010. In this role, Cindy supports various activities, including governance, HR, and strategic planning, while focusing on continuous improvement. Since January 2019, Cindy has also held the position of HWF Visitor Lead at Helping With Furnitur. Prior to these roles, Cindy worked as a Sales Representative at Trailhead from 2004 to 2010, transitioning back to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mother. Earlier in their career, Cindy served as National Coordinator for the Water Safety Service at the Canadian Red Cross, overseeing national water safety and education programs. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria and completed a Professional Development Program in Education at Simon Fraser University.
