Joan Roch has over 30 years of professional experience, including roles in the Canada Health Infoway, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), and the Government of Manitoba. Joan served as the Chief Privacy Strategist at Canada Health Infoway, where they played a crucial role in addressing privacy concerns in digital health initiatives across Canada.
