Jacqueline D'Costa

Jacqueline D'Costa is an experienced Flight Dispatcher currently planning A320 flights for Canada Jetlines and various ACMI partners and charters. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was an HVAC Product Specialist at 1Click Heating and Cooling and served as a Flight Dispatcher at Air Canada for over three decades. Jacqueline participated as an independent Flight Dispatcher in the 12th Annual Global Air Navigation Conference organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization. Jacqueline’s educational background includes ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Human Rights and Equity and Gender and Women's Studies at York University, along with completion of ground school training at Brampton Flight Centre and other educational institutions in Canada.
