Mark Young

Mark Young serves as the General Counsel at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) since April 2005, where responsibilities have included roles as Director of Legal Services, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel. Prior to joining CMHC, Mark Young was an Associate at McMillan LLP from September 2000 to March 2005, having initially joined as a Summer Student and then progressed through the roles of Articling Student and Associate. Mark Young holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours in English and a Concentration in History from the University of Ottawa, completed between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in English and History from the same university, earned from 1995 to 1998.
