Cynthia McCutcheon

Cynthia McCutcheon is an experienced supervisor and manager with a diverse background spanning over two decades in customer service and operational leadership. Currently serving as Supervisor Mail Carriers at Canada Post since April 2021, Cynthia also held the role of Acting Local Area Superintendent. Prior experience includes management roles at SmileDirectClub as Shop Manager and Northern Reflections as Store Manager. Cynthia has a significant history at FedEx Office, where the journey included positions from Centre Manager to Interim Centre Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, Cynthia contributed to educational initiatives as Chairperson of the Thames Valley Parent Involvement Committee and Wilton Grove School Council, advocating for parent engagement and student achievement.
