Donald Glass, M.A., serves as an Operations Trainer in Learning & Development at Canada Post / Postes Canada since October 2021, where responsibilities include conducting corporate training programs and utilizing effective adult learning methods. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Letter Carrier and Instructor at various universities, including Zayed University, where Donald led English composition courses and managed educational technology initiatives. As a Volunteer Learning Designer and Team Leader at Rumie, Donald produces creative content aimed at empowering young adults with transferable skills.
