Matthew Halliday

Matthew Halliday has a long history of work experience in the field of geology. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Geotechnical Assistant at Dalhousie University. In 2007, they worked as a Geologist for Mercator Geological Services Limited. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Geotechnical Engineering Contractor for SRK Consulting. From 2010 to 2018, they worked for SGS in various roles, including Resource Geologist (QP), Field Geologist, and Business Development NA. In 2018, they worked as a Project Geologist for First Cobalt Corp. In 2019, they worked as Resource Geologist for Kirkland Lake Gold (KL), as a Consultant for Matthew Halliday Consulting, and as President and COO and Vice President Exploration for Canada Silver Cobalt Works.

Matthew Halliday's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science from Dalhousie University, obtained between 2005 and 2007. Matthew has also attended Carleton University and McGill University, but did not receive any degrees from either institution. Additionally, Halliday has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Smartly by Pedago, and Duolingo between 2019 and 2017.
