Bill Byers

Bill Byers has extensive experience in both non-profit and corporate sectors, currently serving as Treasurer, Chair, Vice Chair, and Member of the Church Council at Faith Lutheran Church in Winnipeg since February 2021. In the corporate arena, Bill Byers has held various positions at Canada Life from November 1998 to the present, rising to the role of Director, Technology Delivery and Support. Previous roles include management and analytical positions in technology. Bill Byers also volunteered as a Technology Venue Representative for the 2017 Canada Summer Games and held leadership roles at Fort Garry North Hockey Association. With a background in the Canadian Armed Forces and a solid educational foundation from RRC Polytech and the University of Manitoba, Bill Byers possesses a diverse skill set enhancing both community and organizational growth.
