Gavin Corcelli has extensive work experience in various fields. Gavin started their career in 2010 as a Meat Cutter/Clerk at Remark Fresh Markets, where they worked until 2016. In 2012, they also worked as a Referee, Coach, and Convenor at Nor West Soccer Club until 2015.

In 2016, Gavin took up a role as Game Production Director at Hockey Canada for a one-day event. Later that year, they joined the Sarnia Sting Hockey Club as a Social Media and Communications Intern from September 2016 to April 2017.

Additionally, Gavin worked as a Los Angeles Kings Writer for The Hockey Writers from May 2017 to September 2017. During the same period, they also worked as an Instructor/Convenor at Valley Axe. In 2017, they interned as a Marketing Intern at the London Knights Hockey Club from May 2017 to April 2018.

In 2018, Gavin began working as a Partnership Development Advisor at RoomRoster from March 2018 to June 2018. Gavin also joined Canada Life in August 2018 and held various roles within the company. These roles include Senior Client Service Representative from August 2018 to May 2021, Customer Service Specialist, GRS Administration from May 2021 to February 2023, Senior Customer Service Specialist from September 2022 to February 2023, Trainer, Group Retirement Services from February 2023 (ongoing role), and Customer & Operations Lead from June 2023 (ongoing role).
