Jeff Marshall

Jeff Marshall serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and Workplace Solutions Strategy and Chief Marketing & Experience Officer at Canada Life since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing marketing and digital experience strategies to deepen customer and advisor relationships. Prior to Canada Life, Jeff held the position of Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Street Capital Bank of Canada from September 2017 to February 2019. Jeff's extensive banking experience includes various senior roles at Scotiabank between August 2010 and July 2017, including Senior Vice President of Digital Banking and Head of Digital Factory - Canada, as well as Vice President positions in Self-Service Customer Experience and Marketing. Jeff's experience also encompasses leadership roles at Loblaw Companies Limited and President's Choice Financial. Jeff earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Dalhousie University.
