Lesley Castledine

Lesley Castledine is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Canada Life, a position held since September 2017, after serving as an Assistant Vice-President in both Practice Development and Business Development from November 2015 to August 2017. With extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, Lesley has developed and implemented successful market-leading practice development strategies for Canada Life advisors. Prior to her current role, Lesley worked as an HR Business Partner and held various leadership positions such as Director of Employee Benefits at Great-West Life. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Carleton University and has also completed education at Ivey Business School at Western University.
