Mark Coulter

Mark Coulter, MIR, CHRL, CEC, currently serves as AVP of Global Executive Development & Succession at Canada Life and as a Facilitator in Organizational Design at Queen’s University IRC. With extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, Mark has held leadership positions at HRSG, York Region, ABC Technologies, and Lowe’s Companies Canada, among others. Mark's professional journey includes the successful implementation of competency-based HR solutions, cultural transformation initiatives, and the development of strategic talent plans across various organizations. Mark holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
