Moonal Shams possesses extensive experience in the insurance and human resources sectors, currently serving as a Quality Program Specialist and previously as a Disability Case Manager at Canada Life since September 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Licensed Insurance Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada from February 2011 to August 2014, and as a Marketing Strategist at Consulnet Computing, Inc. from July 2007 to November 2009. Early career experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Huawei from June 2006 to June 2007. Moonal Shams holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
