Shari McQuay

Shari McQuay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Manager of Field Strategies at Canada Life since November 2003. In this role, Shari leads a dedicated team focused on developing and implementing training strategies and content for business development. Prior to this position, Shari held the role of Associate Manager of Business Development Solutions, emphasizing personal development for various staff levels through effective adult learning methodologies. Shari's earlier experience at Great-West Life included positions as Supervisor of Business & Technical Services, where training and coaching were paramount, and as an Instructional Designer/Trainer, conducting training needs analysis and designing effective training programs. Shari holds a CACE degree in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Manitoba, completed in 2011.
