Shruti Mukherjee

Shruti Mukherjee, PhD, currently serves as a Senior UX Research Specialist at Canada Life, a position held since July 2022, previously working as a UX Research Specialist. Prior to this role, Shruti gained experience at Cross Project Resources as a User Experience Researcher, focusing on projects for the adidas account, and at Hack for LA, where qualitative research was conducted to understand donor motivations for social cause-driven organizations. Shruti began academic involvement as a Graduate Teaching Instructor at Stony Brook University, responsible for course syllabus creation and student performance evaluation. Educationally, Shruti holds a PhD in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Stony Brook University, along with an MPhil in International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, an M.S.W. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a B.A. Honors in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
